Created by Cornell alum and former lecturer/advisor, Barbara Lang and published by Pathways to Equity, Inc., the 501(c)(3) nonprofit parent of the Ithaca Times, the guide helps families, individuals, and community service providers navigate a complex system of support with dignity and ease.
